Terms & Conditions

By booking a session or purchasing products or services from Iris Glow Visions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A $30 non-refundable session retainer is required to reserve an appointment.

  • The $30 retainer is applied in full toward your artwork purchase.

  • The remaining balance for your selected artwork and products is due before or at the time of your appointment, unless otherwise arranged.

  • Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, mobile payment methods, and cash.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

  • No-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the $50 session retainer.

  • If Iris Glow Visions must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your appointment or provide an appropriate refund or transfer of the retainer.

3. Session Policies

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.

  • Sessions typically last approximately 10–30 minutes, depending on the number of participants.

  • Only one person is permitted in the photography area at a time unless a duo or group arrangement has been specifically approved.

  • Contact lenses should be removed before photography when possible to help achieve the clearest image.

  • Iris Glow Visions reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session if circumstances arise that may affect the safety, comfort, or quality of the session.

4. Artwork, Pricing & Customization

  • Product pricing is based on the selected product, size, and number of irises.

  • Where the product allows, additional irises are $15 each.

  • Panoramic products are priced specifically for their stated iris capacity and may include multiple irises without an additional-iris charge.

  • Every artwork includes a choice of a solid black background or sparkle/splatter effect at no additional charge.

  • Premium artistic designs are available for $15 per additional design. Premium design charges are based on the number of designs requested, not the number of irises.

  • Digital artwork may be purchased separately or added to a physical artwork purchase for $49.

5. Image Usage & Copyright

  • Iris Glow Visions retains copyright in photographs and artwork created by Iris Glow Visions, except where otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients receive personal-use rights for purchased artwork, including personal display and gifts.

  • Commercial use, resale, reproduction for profit, or other commercial distribution requires written permission from Iris Glow Visions.

  • With the client's consent, Iris Glow Visions may use photographs or finished artwork for promotional purposes, including its website, social media, portfolio, and advertising.

6. Product Orders

  • Custom products, including photo prints, acrylic artwork, acrylic blocks, panoramic artwork, jewelry, and other personalized products, are created specifically for each client.

  • Custom products may not be canceled or refunded once production has begun.

  • Estimated production and delivery times vary by product and printing laboratory. Typical turnaround is approximately 1–3 weeks, but delays from third-party vendors or shipping carriers may occur.

  • If a proof is provided, clients are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the artwork, including the number of irises, names, spelling, design selections, and product specifications.

  • Iris Glow Visions is not responsible for errors that were approved by the client.

7. Refunds, Damaged & Defective Products

  • Due to the customized nature of our services and products, custom sales are final once production has begun, except where a product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced.

  • Damaged or defective physical products must be reported within 7 days of delivery, along with photographs of the product and packaging.

  • Customers should retain the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

  • Digital artwork is non-refundable once the final file has been delivered.

8. Privacy & Personal Information

  • Personal information and photographic data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Information may be shared with trusted service providers when necessary to provide our services, process payments, produce artwork, fulfill orders, or deliver products.

  • Iris Glow Visions does not sell customers' personal information.

9. Third-Party Services & Limitation of Liability

  • Iris Glow Visions works with third-party service providers, including payment processors, printing laboratories, shipping carriers, website providers, and other vendors.

  • We are not responsible for delays, technical failures, shipping issues, or other problems caused by third-party providers, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving issues.

  • Minor variations in color, brightness, texture, or appearance may occur between digital images and physical products due to differences in screens, printing processes, and materials.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Florida law and jurisdiction.
